يرجى الاحتفاظ بإيصال الشراء لأي عمليات استرداد/استبدال/الضمان. لن نتمكن من خدمتكم دون إثبات الشراء )الإيصال(
لن يتم الاسترداد للمشتريات المخفضة، الاستبدال فقط خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الشراء.
الاستبدال لأي منتج/منتجات معادلة أو أعلى من القيمة الأصلية. أي فرق في القيمة لن يتم استرجاعه.
المنتجات يجب أن تكون في حالتها الأصلية، غير مستخدمة وغير متضررة.
لا استرداد أو استبدال للمنتجات المستخدمة/المتضررة.
عمليات الاسترداد/الاستبدال فقط في الفرع الذي تم الشراء منه.
شروط ضمان التصليح
لا يشمل الضمان أضرار هيكلية أو اضرار السحاب
الضمان يشمل فقط تصليح الأجزاء المتضررة مثل (العجلات، العربة،القفل والمقبض)

Warranty does not include body damage or zipper damage
Warranty covers only repairing of damaged parts such as (Wheels,Trolley, Lock & Handle)
